R100 adopts a more scientific, humane, complex and high-cost fixed bias as always, and takes great care of the scientific, rigorous and precise attitude of audiophiles; the working point of automatic bias depends on the internal capacitor balance value, and the aging of tubes and components will inevitably cause the sound to deviate, and the correct value of the tube cannot be exerted; and the fixed bias can be adjusted manually and mechanically according to the curve value of the tube itself to make the equipment reach the precise working point at all times, and the sound remains in a balanced working state. The user does not need to use a multimeter, but can directly switch the V1 and V2 knobs on the panel to observe the changes in the meter pointer on the panel, and adjust them to the same working point at any time to ensure more accurate sound. The adjustment method is very simple: the switch gear V1V2 corresponds to the two 211 or 845 or 805 vacuum tubes V1V2 of the post-stage, which reflects the current changes of each tube. 9 vacuum tubes
R100 has 9 vacuum tubes in total. The audio pre-stage and the output stage of the first stage use a pair of 12AX7*2 and 6SN7*2 designed for high-fidelity playback in the 1950s for voltage amplification. The driver stage uses a pair of 300B*2 direct coupling to the post-stage, and a 5U4G is used as the pre-stage vacuum tube rectification. The final power amplifier output is 211*2 or 845*2 or 805*2 vacuum tubes; the pre-stage input is amplified by the u value of the 12AX7 double three-stage high gain, and then two 6SN7s are used as the second-stage driver. Precision welding, low failure rate
In terms of production, the R100 uses more than 500 parts. Its complex structure and the welding method of the parts are not all done by point-to-point scaffolding techniques, but by a combination of printed circuit boards and manual scaffolding.
